About LinkToLooks
Your content already sells. We just connect the dots.
LinkToLooks turns a creator’s existing photos and Reels into a shoppable storefront. Our system reads each image, finds the products in it, matches them to retailers currently selling those items, and builds a storefront page — the linking work creators otherwise do by hand, one product at a time.
Storefront links go live here as their creators claim them — each page stays private until then.
How it works
- Detection. Every photo and video frame is scanned. Items are graded honestly: products we can identify exactly, products where only a close equivalent exists, and things that aren’t products at all — which we discard rather than force.
- Matching. Each detected product is searched by image, not by keywords, against retailers currently selling it. Prices come from the retailers themselves.
- Verification. Every candidate link is checked against the creator’s own picture before it appears. Today that check is done by a person, match by match. On one recent storefront we reviewed 25 borderline candidates and rejected 18 — a tote bag offered for a dress, a porcelain jar offered for a plush toy. They didn’t ship.
What we refuse to do
An empty slot beats a wrong link. When no candidate survives verification, the storefront says “no confident match” instead of guessing. On one live storefront, 29 items say exactly that, in public. Wrong links are how creators lose their audience’s trust, so we publish our gaps.
Exact means exact. Items with a legible brand link to that product. Generic items are labelled Similar — the closest match on sale, never passed off as the thing itself.
Consent, and the delete promise
Storefronts are built from public posts and stay private until the creator claims them. Any creator can have their storefront deleted with one message — same day, nothing retained, no questions. We never post, comment, or message from a creator’s account, and connecting an Instagram account is read-only and done by the creator, never by us.
Affiliate disclosure
Storefront links may be affiliate links: if you buy through one, the retailer may pay a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions are how creators on LinkToLooks earn from their storefronts and how this site is funded. We link to products because they appear in a creator’s content — never because of who pays.
