Questions, answered straight

For creators

How did you build a storefront from my posts before I signed up?

Everything came from your public posts — the same ones anyone can see. The storefront stays private until you claim it, and one message deletes it same-day, nothing retained.

What does it cost me?

Nothing up front. Commission splits are agreed in writing before your shop goes live; you earn on purchases made through your links.

How much will I earn?

We don't project earnings — anyone who does is guessing with your time. Your shop shows real retailers and real prices; what it earns depends on your audience, and you'll see every click and commission in your dashboard.

Do you post as me, or touch my account?

Never. Connecting Instagram is read-only, done by you, and requires a free Creator or Business account. We never post, comment, or message as you.

What if a product match is wrong?

Tell us and it comes down immediately. Every match was checked against your own photo before it shipped, and items we can only approximate are labelled Similar — but you have the final edit on every item, always.

Can I stop Google from finding my shop?

Yes — one toggle. On means people searching for the things you post can land on your shop and buy through your links; off means your shop is link-only — visible to anyone who has the URL, invisible to search. Change it any time in one tap.

For shoppers

Are these real prices?

Prices come from the retailers' own listings at the time we checked, and resale prices move — treat them as a starting point, and the retailer's page as the truth.

Why does an item say "no confident match"?

Because we couldn't verify any listing against the original photo, and we show a gap rather than guess. A wrong link wastes your time and the creator's credibility; an honest gap wastes neither.

Do you earn from my purchase?

Sometimes — links may be affiliate links, which pay a commission at no extra cost to you. That commission is how creators earn here. We link items because they appear in a creator's content, never because of who pays.

The blunt ones

Is this just another link-in-bio tool?

No. Link-in-bio tools give you a page; you still do the finding, matching and linking yourself. We do that part — including your back catalog — and you approve the result.

What happens to my data if I leave?

Your storefront and its data are deleted on request, same day. We keep what the law requires about payouts already made, and nothing else.
